This is one boring day for sure. It's so dreary looking out. I saw the sun for all of 5 minutes I think.

Last night before I went to bed (2am even!!!), I took some cold medicine. The kind that makes you drowsy. When I take stuff like that I usually have weird dreams or bad ones.

So I dreamed of tornados. Thank you very much Cody! The other day Cody was telling me how I should really fear my tornado warning and I was sitting here all brave and saying oh it will be just fine, hush. So then I have this dream last night...

I was back home where I grew up. Now I'm what some people like to refer to as Trailer Trash. *LOL*. From the age of 10, I lived in a Trailer. Double-Wide mind you so maybe that doesn't count? hahaha I swear we didn't have any tractor trailer tires or toilets with flowers in them, in the front yard. No pink flamingos or broken down washing machines or fridges. :-) Most double-wides are like houses anyway.

So where was I? Oh yeah... back home where I grew up. Only in my dream there were TWO trailers. And my lil brother was 4 years old again. There was a storm coming. All my brothers and sisters were there. (I have 2 brothers and 3 sisters). The wind was picking up and the sky was dark then light then dark again. We could see this huge-ass tornado far off in the distance heading for us. And there I was standing out there in the wind watching it and saying "It will turn, It won't get us" (Sound familiar Cody? *LOL*) But it came closer and closer so I grabbed my lil brother and ran for the trailer (remember in my dream there are 2 single wide trailers). We were trying to find a place to hide. One second all my other siblings seemed to be there, then it was just me and BoBo. I was cradling him in my arms and we were in this very narrow hallway but it seemed like a closet yet there was a window in front of us. We could see the tornado getting closer and closer. The noise was so loud and the trailer was shaking. I had a blanket around him and I and he was screaming and crying. I kept watching with horror out the window as the whitish-gray tornado turned black and headed straight towards the window, taking out trees in it's path. There was a tree outside the window. The tornado took out the tree and then went up and right over the trailer. I felt the trailer slide and slide as if it was being pushed. Then it got very quiet. I was laying on my lil brother and covering him. We got up and started looking for my other brother and sisters. They weren't in the house anywhere.
There were no more doors on the trailer or a front steps so I jumped out the door and helped him down. Our trailer was now right beside the second trailer that had been there. Inside of it was my other brother and my sisters. I remember yelling at them about why they left us alone. I was just happy everyone was alive. There were trees laying everywhere. It was amazing that the trailers looked relatively unscathed. The trees looked funny. As if they were sharpened pencils at the bottom or like a beaver cut them down! The sky was still very gray looking but the sun was peeking out. I woke up just after that.

Now I wonder. Should I fear tornados like Cody would want me to? Or should I assume that at that very moment of no turning back, one actually would or skip right over my head, and I would be spared? I find this dream amusing because in the war over whether to worry or not, neither of us win. *G* I can't analyze this. Maybe someone else can. More later...
