wow. people are amazing... just checked the donation tally at amazon.com! They are up to $2,953,430.08 in donations with 85,968 payments being made. :) we really do live in a wonderful country. and i'm not certain but i think people from other countries could probably donate on amazon.com too? not certain about that. they have gotten 1.1 million dollars in just the last 12 hours.
