oh my god. can this day get any worse? my nerves are totally shot. i was just on the phone with kelly a half hour ago and bubba came into my office. she kept walking into the door trying to go behind it. i was worried cause of her sugar being low. they said to watch for disorientation. so i called her name. she kept walking or trying to walk behind that door. she finally turned her head sideways and i saw her eye was super red and puffy looking. i called her name again and she looked at me and oh god!!! her head and face were swelled up twice the normal size. she looked like a bulldog or a sharpei! i totally freaked out and called the vet and we just rushed her there for meds to stop her allergic reaction. they said it was probably her shots. her eyes aren't red any more but her face is still huge. :(

i'm traumatized (and so is she, i'm sure!). i hope she will be ok. they gave her a couple more shots and some IV for a few minutes. that poor dog. she's sleepy now from the benedryl.

i want a new life.
