home for the night. they finally did his surgery between noon and 1 today. he was in recoverly longer than usual cause they couldn't get his pain under control. the dr. said he did real well in surgery and that they removed 12-15 pea sized gallstones along with that gallbladder. he said that was a considerable amount and would have caused problems later and alot of pain. i'm just glad it's over with. when we left the hospital brian was doing good. he had eaten and was falling asleep cause he had 125mg of demerol in him. he's gonna be feeling it later tho and tomorrow for sure. he should be home tomorrow. and off work for a week to two weeks the dr. said. i'm just so relieved. when they took him away i started to cry. my stomach was hurting so bad and my hands were shaking and it didn't help that before they took him away, brian said he was scared and changed his mind and didn't want to go! but once the dr. came and told me it was over with and everything was ok, then i relaxed and felt so much better. kelly, bethany and i had alot of fun while we waited, just goofing around acting stupid. the ride home was a hoot too. i feel so tired tho. just doing some things around the house that have been neglected and then gonna try to get in bed by 11 or midnight tonight i think.
