i stayed up too late last night. all i wanted to do today was sleep and sleep. so i did that off and on... thanks to dogs waking me every hour. so i had a boring day. i did manage to make a yummy dinner tho. i put a roast beef in the crockpot and it came out so moist and wonderful. usually they are a lil dry. and we had green beans and beef lo-mein noodles with it.

just got done watching american idol and voting. i thought everyone did pretty good tonight. nothing really sucked too badly. but some were way better than others. i think Ruben is gonna win the competition. he has an amazing voice ala Luther or Barry White. just incredible. at least tonight he didn't wear that 205 shirt he owns in various colors! he looked COOL tonight for a change. they got to choose songs that were Billboard #1 hits. i'm surprised at some of the choices considering they had like a thousand songs to choose from. i'm sure it's hard to decide when you are also under the pressure of learning and performing that song in one week's time.

so anyway... took my effexor just now instead of way earlier. that way when it makes me sleepy, i can just head on into bed. nighty night!
