eeeeech i'm tired. but didn't go hiking today or anything. aundrea was having allergy problems. and brian didn't really want to go. andrew wanted to and i wanted to tho. but oh well. i was gonna take him for a walk around the block. bethany wanted to come over and kelly brought her and hung out so we didn't get to do that. i would have bethany come with me and andrew. i like walking. it sucks that i hurt more now but honest to goodness the exercise does help. i really felt pretty good today. even after that tricky hike yesterday. i hardly hurt much at all. i'm sure happy about that. i do however have a very scratchy throat. ugh. so off i go to read some online stuff. didn't get much of a chance for that today. ta ta....
