here i is. ummm.... my brain is a lil mushy right now. i just rattled on and talked to aundrea a mile a minute for well over an hour. so now... mush brain as a result.

i went to my shrinky dink today. he upped my welbutrin to 200mg a day and lowered my effexor. but i still refuse to lower my effexor UNTIL i use up the rest of my prescription cause it was costly for me. he said no problem. i go back in two months. i really have felt alot better on the extra welbutrin i have been on for the past 3 weeks. i'm not as fatigued but maybe this is because my sleep schedule has also gotten better with brian being on afternoon shift. i tend to go to bed when he does. so like i'm not up all night long like before. i'm still tired but not so drained i can't keep my eyes open.

it's rained nearly all day. sucks too! april showers bring may flowers. yeah yeah yeah.
