check out this picture of scott peterson. of course he's not guilty or anything right? baloney. he just dyed his hair lighter and grew a goatee that had to be also dyed and was hanging out near the mexican border for nothing! i hate those news programs where people debate and some of these defense lawyers say things like "just because he did this" or "just because he did that" doesn't make him a murderer... if it looks like a duck... well you know the rest!

brian is being released at 1pm today. he sounds really good on the phone. i just hope the vicodan he's getting will take care of most of his pain here. he's got one of his incisions bleeding badly enough to have him keep changing his hospital gown this morning. :( but they say that's normal. i hope they gauze him up good. he doesn't want to bleed all over his clothes or the bed and stuff.
