:( i just called my mom and found out that my sister Susan had to take her not quite 2-month old son, Ryan, to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh last night. he's been throwing up for weeks (not normal throwing up either, but violent) and the dr's couldn't figure out what was wrong with him other than they thought he had reflux. the dr. told her last night to take him straight to Children's. they ran tests there and they are going to operate on him today for some sort of blockage behind his bellybutton. :( poor lil baby. he only weighs 10 pounds and he's almost 2 months old. heck i know alot of newborns that weigh nearly that or even do weigh more than that at birth. they say he might get to go home tomorrow so i'm thinking it's not major, major. my sister is very upset and who could blame her? hell i get freaked out when something happens to my dogs let alone if i had a new baby. i feel guilty that i live this 3 hours away from everyone back home and i haven't even seen this baby yet. i suck. :(
